This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Gina Portale LLC ("Provider," "I," "we," or "us") and the user ("Client," "you," or "your") engaging with the services offered on the website GinaPortalellc.com ("Website").

1. Description of Services

Provider offers Online Business Management (OBM) and Product Management services. These services include business support & planning, product development assistance, and strategic business management, and administrative support.

2. User Conduct

By engaging with Provider and the Website, you agree to uphold respectful and courteous conduct. Abusive, disrespectful, or damaging actions or speech will not be tolerated. Provider commits to maintaining the same code of conduct for itself and any representatives.

3. Limitation of Liability

Gina Portale LLC is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of services provided.

5. Revisions and Refunds

Signed contracts are binding for a minimum term of 3 months. Refunds for services will only be granted in extreme circumstances beyond the client's control impacting the need for agreed-upon services. A maximum refund of 50% will be granted in such situations, subject to discussion and approval.

6. Termination Clause

The minimum contract length is 3 months. After this period, either party can terminate the partnership with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Gina Portale LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of provided services.
